This is a MONSTER of a Megalodon tooth. Specimens over 5 inches come from some of the largest sharks there were and do not last long in our galleries. What this tooth is missing in quality makes up for it in size. The root of this tooth is nearly complete. However, delamination of the anterior enamel has caused a loss of material, exposing the underside of the blade. There is also slight damage to the left side of the tooth as seen in the photographs. Weighing in at an incredible 13.45 ounces, this tooth is sure to start conversations.
